A thirst for peace

Sitting there in the corner
Of the room.
Bugged with the world,
Bugged with life,
Stamped by the word looser.
Lost amidst the evil.
Disgusted at everything
been happening.
Its raining tears,
Its dripping innocent blood,
Loved ones are gone,
Dreams are shattered,
Destruction is the scenery.
One’s mistake
Has effected millions.
Peace! Peace! Peace!
Our hearts shout
But the words are soundless.
War, greed,
peace, help, mercy,
All lost amidst this darkness …
Darkness has spread,
like a coffin.
Beneath this darkness,
We kneel down,
With our heads facing down,
Filling the lost words,
Comes the rhythm,
Sweet and caring.
Every syllable,
Binding our souls,
Waking the good,
To bid the evil farewell,
Pushing the coffin away,
Bringing in what everyone was thirsty for.
A syllable shower of peace…
